Our restaurant "Il Vecchio Torchio" ("Old Wine Press") offers you healthy and fresh cuisine with an a la carte menu especially products from the region are the basis for our Tuscan and Italian specialties.
The offering ranges from meat dishes such as grilled Bistecca Fiorentina to fish, seafood and vegetarian dishes such as salads or caprese made from mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. We also use the well-known and high-quality olive oil from Reggello.

Carpaccio of fish or marinated meat, baked eggplant, wild boar ragout, grilled chicken, fresh fish from the pan or from the oven, pasta with vongole, with meat ragout or spicy tomato sauce, homemade desserts such as tiramisù, Panna cotta or lemon sorbet and more according to the fresh ingredients as the seasons change: green asparagus, artichokes, fresh porcini mushrooms or truffles.

Surrounded by a large park and an adjacent forest and meadow area with beautiful views of the hills of the Arno Valley, the villa is the perfect one Starting point for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday with nature, art and typical Tuscan cuisine.
In the warm season, the holiday day begins with a hearty breakfast on the terrace, surrounded by tall trees and flowering gardens, and ends with a relaxing one Dinner with dishes from Mediterranean cuisine.

If it gets too cold outside, we serve in the two cozy and warm rooms inside the villa with the open fireplace.

The old wine press that gave the restaurant its name dates back to 1890.

A well-stocked wine cellar offers a selection of Tuscan and Italian wines: selection of red wines, Chianti, "Supertuscans", Brunello di Montalcino, Rosso and Nobile di Montepulciano, White wine and rosé wines, sparkling wine and prosecco and various beers are on offer, including local open wines of good quality.
