In the warm season, the day begins with a hearty breakfast on the terrace, surrounded by tall trees in blooming gardens, and ends with a relaxed Dinner with Mediterranean dishes. When it gets too cold, we serve in the two cozy and warm rooms inside the villa with the large open fireplace.

Carpaccio of fish or marinated meat, gratinated aubergines, wild boar stew, Bistecca alla Fiorentina or grilled chicken, fresh fish from the pan or from the oven, pasta with Vongole, with meat ragout or spicy tomato sauce, homemade desserts such as tiramisù, panna cotta or lemon sorbet and much more more according to the fresh ingredients that change with the seasons: green asparagus, artichokes, fresh porcini mushrooms or truffles.
A well stocked wine cellar offers a selection of Tuscan and Italian wines: Chianti, "Supertuscans", Brunello di Montalcino, Rosso and Nobile di Montepulciano, white and rosé wines, Prosecco and beers are on offer.
